EarlyReview provides AI-powered feedback on pre-analysis plans and research documents. The Service analyzes uploaded documents and generates methodological feedback using artificial intelligence.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Upload only documents you have the right to share
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
- Use your own judgment when evaluating AI-generated feedback
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to documents you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. The feedback generated by the Service is provided for your use in improving your research documents.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service provides AI-generated feedback that may contain errors or inaccuracies. EarlyReview is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the feedback provided, including but not limited to research design choices, publication decisions, or funding outcomes.
6. Payment and Refunds
EarlyReview offers a free review to get started. Beta testers may receive additional free reviews. Paid reviews may be purchased individually or in packs at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds may be requested within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with the service.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EarlyReview operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
